Before you join

- Sessions don’t roll overAn unused session can be gifted to someone else during that month; otherwise, it is lost.

What does the membership include?
It includes two laser hair removal areas chosen by the member, with one monthly session for each area.
How much does an additional area cost?
You can add an extra area for $49 extra per session.
What happens if I don’t use a session that month?
You can gift it to someone else within that month. If it isn’t used, the session is lost and does not roll over to the next month.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can pause it up to twice per calendar year. You must give notice at least 10 days before your billing date. During the pause, no charges are made and no sessions accrue.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. The minimum commitment is 6 months. At the end of that period, your membership continues automatically month to month.
How can I cancel?
After completing the 6 months, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. If you cancel earlier, you must pay the difference between the regular price and the member price for the sessions you already received.
How does the referral credit work?
When someone you refer signs up for the membership, you get a $20 credit applied to your account. The credit goes to the person who referred.
